we were using Maps for 4 months now and everything worked fine. We didn’t change anything and suddenly i couldn’t see the map anymore on my blog.
I tried to find the mistake and I’ve found this error:
Blocked a frame with origin “https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net” from accessing a frame with origin “http://campofant.com”. The frame requesting access has a protocol of “https”, the frame being accessed has a protocol of “http”. Protocols must match.
Can anyone help me and tell me what to do? I’m a little bit confused 🙂
Thanks 🙂September 26, 2016 at 9:17 am #21130jfk65Member
I have just found exactly the same issue. The console shows problems with Google ads. The troubleshooting page says: “The only option is to find an alternative plugin to the one causing issues or contact the developer of that plugin in the hopes of them fixing the issue.”
I also get this (not the whole text is presented here):
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client…. was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure plugin data ‘http://tag.1rx.io/rmp/42589/0/vast2?z=adkarma&dim=667&adtype=video&Vstrm=0&…c=&mediaurl=[CONTENT_URL]… This content should also be served over HTTPS.
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘right’ of undefinedposition Beacons
Cannot read property ‘right’ of undefined
Since the developer of the ads is Google, I think it is WP GOOGLE (sic!) MAPS plugin staff to take care of this issue.
I am using Basic version 6.3.19
