Hello! I was able to add markers to my map by entering in an address previously, but recently when I try to do that and hit enter – nothing happens. It only lets me add a marker to the map by dropping a pin on the map. Can you please help? I have the most recent version/updated version of the plugin.
Thank you!

Could you check to see if there are any errors being displayed on the backend where you are creating the Map? Press
[F12]
and then click theConsole
tab. If there are any errors displayed could you copy and paste them to your reply? If you’d prefer I take a look myself, could you please create a temporary admin account for your WordPress site and send me the following information as a private reply to this topic:

December 9, 2016 at 5:34 pm #22710Linda HoangMemberHi Pat,
Thanks for your response!
I did get an error through the console, it reads like this:
Uncaught ReferenceError: vc is not defined (…) vc-script. js:16
Can you help?
Thanks!
December 9, 2016 at 8:16 pm #22714PatDModeratorHmm.. That’s not a WP Google Maps error, but it sounds like it might be Visual Composer. Are you running Visual Composer, and if so, is the Map inside a VC element of some type?
If you’d like me to take a look at the site, I would be happy to do so. Could you please create a temporary admin account for your WordPress site and send me the following information as a Private Reply to this topic:

December 9, 2016 at 11:49 pm #22718Linda HoangMemberHi Pat, I went and updated my API and now the console doesn’t show that error anymore.
I’m getting that first error still:
Uncaught ReferenceError: vc is not defined(…)I’ll send you temporary login info separately!
December 9, 2016 at 11:50 pm #22719Linda HoangMemberOh! It looks like updating the API worked!
Thanks Pat!!
