Hi there,
I have newly installed WP Google Maps and managed to validate it with the API key and OAuth credentials. I am using the free version.
I’ve made a polygon using multiple vertex markers which I’m happy with. Only problem is I’m trying to edit the fill colour and line colour now but when I click save it says “You cannot save a blank polygon”. I’ve looked at the edit screen and there is no data in the Polygon data box, although the map is correctly showing the vertex markers as I created it.
How can I edit the colours without this data in the box? Or where can I find the data to paste in?
Many thanks,
Mukund

Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.
This does appear to be a bug in the polygon editor. Could I kindly ask you to when editing a marker to simply add and remove a point from the polygon as this will then trigger the polygon data to update?
We will kindly correct this in an update of WP Google Maps as soon as possible.
I hope this is acceptable?
Kindest Regards,

Thank you for your suggestion. I moved (and moved back) one of the vertex markers which updated the polygon data. I was then able to change the fill and line colours to what I wanted. Great workaround – you were a great help!
Many thanks,
Mukund
