Hello there, new customer here.
I’ve been through the forums and have found nothing explaining my trouble.
Wordpress: 4.8.1 running Headway Base theme.
I’m unable to create a new map.
It seems that the ID doesn’t fill in automatically. (see red arrow)
When I try to save a new map I do not see it in the list.
I can’t create any categories either.
The permissions are set to 755.
The only error I get is: JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

I am sincerely sorry for the troubles you have been experiencing.
Could I please ask you to try and deactivate and reactivate WP Google Maps to see if this resolves the issue?

I notice you don’t mention the plugin itself here. Are you running the Pro add-on without the base plugin running? The Pro add-on depends on the basic plugin.

Hi Dylan, thanks for your help, I appreciate it. Unfortunately deactivating and reactivating WP Google Maps made no difference.
I’m still unable to make any new maps or categories.

I did some debugging and there seems to have been a problem with the table being created in your database for maps and categories.
Would it perhaps be possible to grant me access to edit the plugins so that I can fix this or grant me temporary FTP access?
