Perry here, we’re in e-mail conversation over this already so it looks like there may have been some overlap in correspondence between ourselves. I’ll need access to this particular site to debug the issue so if I could please ask that we continue this via e-mail, that would be great.

Hi Perry and all.
Do you have any news about my report?

We haven’t forgotten about you, I’m very sorry for the delay in responding, we’ve been investigating a couple of widespread issues as a matter of urgency, I’ve got your details in my inbox and will be investigating this issue as soon as I possibly can. We should have a fix for you within 24 – 48 hours at the very most, obviously I will endeavour to do this as soon as possible.
I do beg your pardon for the delay in getting this solved, we appreciate your patience in this matter.

Thank you for getting in touch,
This is a known issue with Edge and IE11 caused by the browser being unable to correctly load the minified version of text.min.js.
We’ve fixed this in 8.0.24 which is due for release on Monday.
If you need an immediate fix, you can open text.min.js, and replace the contents of that file with the code from text.js. This will solve the issue.
Does that help?
