    Does no one answer emails on billing anymore? I sent several in two days ago, and no reply. My next stop is to the bank to cancel the drafts.

    Thank you for your email, I have managed to find your ticket and it appears that our agent Glen had responded to your ticket 7 days ago on the 15th March when your ticket was opened.

    With that said, please may you confirm if our response may have accidentally landed up in your Spam folder?
