Hey, I need urgent help.
We’re running Basic 8.1.20, Pro 8.1.18 and Gold 5.1.9 and use around 1500 markers.
Right now, whenever I try to import data (Google sheet, csv,…) backend keeps loading until it ends in a whitescreen (no error messages displayed). And that’s it. I updated to latest versions, no change.
Also, Export, backup etc. doesn’t work. So I can’t get my data out to complete delete and rebuild.
Frontend is here: https://bit.ly/35YRkG1Please advise!

Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.
Unfortunately, without being able to personally take a look, this issue is slightly more difficult to debug so if you don’t mind perhaps going through a few steps with me?
My thoughts are that perhaps the server is timing out or hitting a set limit, so just to confirm, you are attempting to import around 1500 markers, are these also being Geocoded?
Please also confirm the Import method whether it is via the Maps -> Advanced -> Import tab(preferred) or via Maps -> Advanced -> Marker Data(Not Preferred)?
Lastly, might I kindly ask you to navigate to -> Maps -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> and please disable “Disable Automatic Backups (beta)”. Once done, please save the settings and attempt another export or import?
Failing this, might I kindly ask if you would at all be open to providing temporary admin access in a private response so that I might take a closer look?
I look forward to hearing back from you and getting this issue resolved.
Kindest Regards,

thanks for the quick reply!
With disabled automatic backups, everything runs perfectly smooth!
Import was done via the import tab (usually scheduled).
Thank you very much, appreciate the support!

Thank you so much for getting back to me.
Not a problem at all, I am glad this has helped.
Do let me know if you have any other issues or questions as I am always eager to assist. 🙂
If you ever have two minutes spare, please consider reviewing the plugin on Twitter @WPGMaps or if you don’t use Twitter on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-google-maps/reviews/#new-post it would mean the world to me! (If possible, could I ask you to mention both your name and mine in the review for administrative purposes, this would be a tremendous help!)
Do have a fantastic week ahead!
Kindest Regards,
Steven De Beer -
