Today I’ve purchased a new version of Pro add-on (and VGM add-on too), installed it and the map works perfecly on the front-end. The problem encountered is, the update corrupted something with DataTables. I cannot access my map in WP menu – I’m using the link www/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-google-maps-menu&action=edit&map_id=2 instead, but I get communicate:
“You have selected ‘Do not enqueue DataTables’ in WP Google Maps’ settings. No 3rd party software is loading the DataTables library. Because of this, the marker table cannot load. Please uncheck this option to use the marker table.”
Moreover in the map editor there are no markers visible. Can you please show the direction where I should look for resolving this issue?

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us, and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Could I kindly ask if you could please navigate to Maps -> Settings -> Marker Listing -> Scroll down to “Advanced Marker Listing & Basic Marker Listings” -> Please disable the “Do not Enqueue Datatables” option.
Please do let me know if this is working for you?
I look forward to hearing back from you and resolving this issue.
Kind Regards,

I’m trying to find a cause of a very slop Open Maps loading times – if you enter the site you will see it. Tried all plugins, cache optimalization, lazyload, different settings of both WP map plugins. Nothing really speeds up the map flow. Any suggestions?

As I can see, only icons images are problematic. My question is what is the best way to add width/height attributes – in html of the main page or via css?
November 9, 2020 at 3:19 pm #61355AbelCModeratorHi There,
Thank you for getting back to me.
You should be able to resolve this issue by adding width/height attributes to your IMG HTML tags.
I hope this helps clarify, and please do let me know if there is anything
Kind Regards,
