    Thanks for your answer,
I inserted the short code on the page but it tells me that the folder does not exist and I have to create it, could you give me more information for inserting the short code?
    Thank you

Thanks for the reply, disregard the previous post…
the shorth code works well, except that when I’m in the gmaps app if I change the vehicle settings from car to bicycle, for example the route undergoes a change and loses the original route. Can you please try to see why from this problem? Thank you

I fixed it, it was a browser issue.
I still have some small adjustments to do I would like to remove on the map add polygon and style options, is it possible? Also the color of the line doesn’t change even though I found where to change it.
    Thank you

    Hi There

Thanks for getting back in touch.

You can change the Polyline color that was created by the GPX file (this is currently being displayed on your page), by selecting the appropriate shade on the outer edge of the color circle, alternatively, you can input The Hex, RBG or HSL values to select an exact colour. These settings can be located at Maps -> Maps (edit your map) -> Polylines -> edit -> line color

Please would you confirm, the elements you would like to remove?

I look forward to hearing from you

    Kindest Regards,
    Glen

    Hi,
thanks for the reply. I have a problem on google maps, in practice even if I insert all the correct indications in the script you sent me, in Google maps it only lets me do 10 points, the indications I insert does not calculate them, when it reaches the last point (the tenth) and then goes directly to the end of the path without going through the other points that I have inserted in the script. Can you please help me solve this problem?

    Hi there,

Thank you for the GPX file as it is of much help.

I have taken a look at your file as well as have imported into a map locally and it appears that all markers and the polyline has been imported correctly with there being 56 markers and 1 polyline. Please see the following screenshot of the imported markers and polyline: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KkjGFl2-74vpn_XESvusVMIkWAPRrTmB/view?usp=sharing

With that said, please may you confirm which WP Go Maps plugins you are using as well as their respective version numbers?

    Kindest Regards,
    Mstthew

    One question,
can I have points of interest loaded into a map shared with all other maps? Without having to recreate the same point of interest on another map every time? Thank you

    Hi there,

Thank you for your response and details, you appear to have versions that should not cause an issue with the import.

With that said, please may I ask if you would be open to opening a ticket with us so that we may take a closer look first-hand?

Each marker needs to be a marker in each map and is a separate record in the database, thus you could do this by having your marker in an import file and then apply the marker to your preferred maps when setting up your import.

I hope this answers your question?

    Kindest Regards,
    Matthew
