On my webpage – whenever you enter and address and search it says address not found. Doesn’t matter what address I use.
If you enter a zipcode nothing happens.Set up as store locator map
July 18, 2017 at 9:13 pm #28741SupportTeamModeratorHi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us and I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
Can you please send me a link to your site so I can take a look at this for you?
Can you also please confirm if you have created a Google JavaScript API key for your site and enabled all the required APIs –
Gelocation, Geocoding etc
A Full doc on creating the key can be found here – https://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/creating-a-google-maps-api-key/ – if you have not yet created the key.
Can you please tell me what versions of the plugin you are using on your site at the moment?
Thank you for your time in this matter.
July 19, 2017 at 8:43 am #28747PerryModeratorHi chardixon, hi Nathan,
Can you please confirm you have the latest version of WPGM Basic (and Pro if you are using that addon)
There has been a known issue with the plugin where it interprets a numerical ZIP code as the start of a latitude/longitude pair which causes it to fail in this instance.
Kind regards

I have been having the same issue – the location comes up with an error code on my website, whether you enter it manually or attempt to select current location. My site is secure and I have an API, so I’m struggling to find the issue.
Thank you

Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues.
Can you please give us a link to your map page, or a dump / screenshot of your Javascript console?
Kind regards
