Hi
Can you possibly advise or help with a remaining problem on my upgrade.
I just upgraded from pro version 5.
I am now on basic Version 8.1.13 and pro Version 8.1.12, wordpress 5.7.2, cache is disabled.
My text address and direction link (on front end) disappeared after the upgrade and I can’t seem to replace it. ( the orange marker is appearing, just no address or link for directions popup)Note: Originally the address, marker edit facility in admin was also missing ( it was just showing overlapping boxes in admin, see screenshot. That was fixed by following the instruction here https://www.wpgmaps.com/forums/topic/formatting-gone-after-upgrade/
The did help with the Admin issue ( addresses do exist in admin now) but not for the front end display
Bizarrely upgrading also created some extra empty markers. ( see screenshot) Which I think is ok as I can just delete those (I thought I’d mention as that might be important info for troubleshooting )
How can I get my frontend address display and links to directions pop up to return ?
thanks for any guidance…

<?php echo do_shortcode( '[wpgmza id="14" mashup="true" mashup_ids="2,4,5,6,9,10,11,19" parent_id="14"]' ) ?>
and changed to
<?php echo do_shortcode( '[wpgmza id="14" mashup="true" mashup_ids="2,4,5,6,9,10,11,19" parent_id="14" enable_directions="1" ]' ) ?>
maybe this code is out of date?

Thank you for getting in touch with us, we do appreciate your time.
I have noticed that you have also opened a support ticket with us, thus I have responded to your ticket accordingly.
Should you not have received my response via your ticket, I have thus logged into your site and found that this issue was being caused due to your theme loading an outdated version of jQuery.
I have thus resolved the issue and the Marker infowindows and Get Directions links appear to be working as expected on my end.
With that said, please could I kindly ask if you may clear your browser cache and confirm if the issue has been resolved on your end?
I look forward to hearing back from you.Kindest Regards,
Matthew -
