Adding custom markers

I am unable to add custom markers to my map categories. The upload marker button simply doesn’t work, nothing happens when I click it.

Also, when I have created a new category, can I batch alter existing markers to new categories?

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

My apologies for the trouble experienced. May I ask you to confirm if you are seeing any errors within the JavaScript console?

The console window can be opened on most browsers by following these steps:
1. Right-click on the page
2. Click the menu item labelled ‘Inspect’ (or ‘Inspect Element’)
3. This will open a developer tools section
4. From the developer tools window select ‘Console’
5. This should showcase any JavaScript errors

If possible, please share a screenshot of the console window with me from the category editor page.

Unfortunately, we do not currently allow for bulk assigning of categories, however, we will definitely look into this in the future.
