It seems there was perhaps a duplicate copy of Pro at some point which is causing an issue with the load order.
Might I kindly ask you to ensure that you have only one copy of WP Google Maps V8.1.14 and WP Google Maps Pro V8.1.3 installed via the plugins area?
Once confirmed, you may need to take a closer look at the plugin files via FTP, and remove the duplicate copy.
Kindly navigate to -> www/wp-content/plugins/ -> here you will see wp-google-maps-pro and wp-google-maps-pro 2. Kindly delete both files from the plugins folder and then attempt to reupload and install the Pro plugin.
This should ensure only one copy of Pro is present and the correct load order error no longer appears.
