Hi, I added your map field type to my post using ACF and do get a marker and info window. (Super easy)
But the info window has only the name and location.

No image displays, though the post has a featured image, nor does any descriptive text.
Looking at the example in your doc they don’t. here either.

Documentation – Advanced Custom Fields Integration

    Should they?

Ideally I would like to have the name/title, description from the Excerpt, and one or more featured images pulled from the post.

Using Pro current version, with a custom post type (supporting ACF fields and simplifying data entry).

    Cheers
    Kwai

    Hi Kwai,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

Currently, our ACF integration will use the post title, post description, and location from the ACF location field to generate the info-window content.

I do not believe images are currently supported, however, I am confirming on my side at the moment. If they are not supported yet, we will definitely be adding support for them in the future.

It is important to note this will not update the map on the post/page where the field is created, instead, this integration aggregates all location ACF fields onto one map (as defined when setting up the map) to allow you to display one map with all posts listed as markers.

Could I ask you to confirm that this is how you are making use of the integration currently?

Would you be open to sharing a link to your map page with me as a Private Reply, so that I may run a few tests from my side?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello! I have a similar issue where I have a custom post type of “Locations” and I am using Advanced Custom fields to create a “location” field in each post. I can get the locations to all show up on the map, by using the integration, but only the name, address and link to more details display.

I would love to have the featured image from my custom post type display, as well as additional information from my ACF fields show up in the InfoWindow and Marker List. Is this currently possible?

    Thank you for your time!

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

Unfortunately, our ACF integration currently does not support additional fields and featured images, however, this is something we are working on adding in a future version.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Hey Everyone,
I would be very much interested in the ACF integration as well as I would like to retrieve the featured image from Woocommerce to each InfoWindow.
Please keep me in the loop.
    Thank you,
    Juergen

I would love to see this functionality added too. Would be good to choose what ACF fields from what post type you would like to pull in.
